New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

The finished product doesn't look like the picture. I am trying to create a crochet afghan using herrschners worsted. I chose the colors I wanted to use, but the download has colors everywhere when they should form a bargello type pattern. Please help. Thanks Debbie
I know you can give a date on the C2C, but are you talking weeks or months? I would like to make this as a gift for Christmas
LOL, thanks Melanie ... I like that ... it's not a mistake ... it's a feature!
I agree that sometimes videos can be more distracting or time intensive. Thanks for the input about the step-by-step images for complex directions.
I very much appreciate the feedback. This is important to me so that Ican always produce clear, concise, easy to follow tutorials for others. I try to explain things in such a way that a stitcher may be able to take the "recipe" and apply it to their own project; and not even apply, but to expand on it and experiment with it to create their own lovely stitch projects.

Jojobear,
That message can be
generated when a file is too big or the wrong type for its
extension.
Is it possible the image is 10M,
not 10k? 10M would be too large for the freePatternWizard and would
produce that error.
If the image is
definitely 10k, it's possible the image is misnamed, such
as a png file with a jpg extension instead of a png, which would
also produce the error.

Mike,
Welcome!
Sorry to hear
the above workaround doesn't work for you. Hope you find what
you're looking for.
